- About Town- Melissa Peterson & Doris Lessenden: Snow piles are slowly melting and robins are slowing making their way back. That’s a sure sign of spring.
- East End Events- Lana & Peggy Weber: Jay Specht did not get stuck today in the 13” ruts on the roads. We want to know, how many times has he been stuck.
- Wild Horse Roundup- Curtis Schrimp: There was a big garage called the Pikes Peak Garage one block south of the present highway. This is now the third one through here.
- Chad Ray, Eads, was named “Emergency Manager of the Year” and Riley Frazee, Baca County, was named “Rookie of the Year” by the Colorado Emergency Manager’s Association.

- Even with the 10 three-pointers made by Campo-Vilas, it wasn’t enough to stop the red hot Eagles. The Eagles move on to the state tournament in Pueblo.
- The Eads Chamber is planning on holding gatherings each month and welcomes everyone to attend and share their opinions.

- Senior Citizen News- Ethel Johnson & Rhua Sloan: Elma Davis had a quilt tying at her home. The ladies tied a quilt for Elma in the morning and another in the afternoon for Rhua Sloan.

- The Eads Eagles racked up an impressive victory over the Merino Rams at the Coliseum 103-62.
