Setup Underway for Eads Maine Street Festivities Saturday
Setup is underway for Saturday Evening’s Maine Street Bash in Eads.
Maine Street is blocked between 13th and 14th Streets for the remainder of the day as volunteers work to set up a portable stage, tables and other amenities. Gates will open at 4:00 p.m., and event will be fully underway by 5:00 p.m.
Local singers Jamie Crocket and Rhett Uhland will be the featured performers. Dancing will continue until 11:30 p.m., and a beer garden will be available until midnight.
In addition to vendor booths lining the street, the theatre in the Crow-Luther Cultural Events Center will be open, with a deep space presentation at 5:00 p.m., and Karaoke at 5:30 p.m.
In addition to Crockett and Uhland, the Rodeo Road Apple band will perform from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., followed by the Dance on Fire band from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m.
