Atlas Tower 1, LLC proposes the construction of a 300 ft. Self Supporting communications tower (304 ft with appeturances) located at the intersection of Highway 33 and County Road N, Arlington, CO 81021, at latitude 38°26'25.224”N (NAD83) and longitude -102°55'02.748W  (NAD83). 

The proposed tower will not require lighting for FAA aviation safety. The proposed tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1232832.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Eads.  Burial will follow in the Eads Cemetery.
