The Bent’s Fort Chapter of the Santa Fe Trail Association will be hosting Kellen Cutsforth at its meeting in Rocky Ford Saturday.
Cutsforth is a western author and columnist who has published books on the American West, including Buffalo Bill, Boozers, Brothels, and Bare-Knuckle Brawlers andBuffalo Bill's Wild West Coloring Book. He also co-authored Old West Showdown: Two Authors Wrangle over the Truth about the Mythic Old West and is a featured columnist for Roundup magazine.
Cutsforth’s presentation, titled “Boozers, Brothels, and Bare-Knuckle Brawlers: The Story of Buffalo Bill’s Little-Known Business Partner,” begins at 1:00 p.m. July 13 at the Grand Theatre, 405 South Main Street in Rocky Ford.
The presentation is free to the public.
