Cheri Hopkins is home and on the mend after undergoing surgery in Denver recently. Hope you continue to improve Cheri.
Brenda Fickenscher was a Sunday afternoon visitor in the home of Cheri Hopkins.
Jim and MaryAnn Richardson were in Burlington on Friday for Dr.
appointments.
On Friday evening, the Plainview Junior High and High School students enjoyed pizza and movie night at the school.
The Plainview Knowledge Bowl teams traveled to Vilas, CO on Friday to compete. Both teams placed 4th in their divisions. Congratulations!
Last Wednesday, Cora Coffman had lunch with Bob and Margaret Troutman in Lamar. On Friday, she and Susan Greenfield attended the football game between Cheyenne Wells and Eads. Between the Junior High game and the High School game, Cora, Susan, Sue Kern, and Jeff and Sheila Brase went out for supper. On Saturday, Cora had supper with her daughter Sheila Brase and husband Jeff and her three great-granddaughters, Kadence, Ilee and Brystn Kern. On Sunday, Jeff and Sheila Brase came to her house to help get some things ready for winter weather. (She's on the go again Harold)
Sunday evening, the 4-12 Youth Group from the Sheridan Lake Bible Church had supper and then went to Eads to the "Judgment House".
Amy Schmidt went to Tribune, KS on Saturday to watch her niece, Abby Berggren run in the Kansas Regional Cross Country race. The Tribune boys and girls teams both qualified for the State Meet. Congrats!
I would like to wish our son Craig a very Happy 50th Birthday on the 24th of October. He is celebrating it by going to the Bronco game in Denver with his brother Tom. Hope those Broncos win!!

Also, the Wedding Shower for Trevor Carney and Kaylie Schneider is Thursday, at 7p.m. at the Towner Community Hall. Everyone is invited.
