Governor Polis Appoints Marika Frady to the El Paso County Court
Colorado Governor Jared Polis has appointed Marika Frady to the El Paso County Court in the 4th Judicial District. This appointment fills a vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Dennis L. McGuire to the District Court in the 4th Judicial District and is effective immediately.
Frady is the owner of The Frady Law Firm, a position she has held since 2013. Her practice consists of family law, criminal defense, and dependency and neglect cases. Previously, she was an Adjunct Instructor at Everest College (2013-2016) and Deputy District Attorney in the 4th Judicial District (2007-2013).
Frady earned her B.A. from the University of Missouri in 2001 and her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2004.
Colorado’s 4th Judicial district is comprised of El Paso County.
