The Special Meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order                    by Chairman Richard Scott on March 18, 2016 at 1:40 p.m. Those in attendance were:

                                         Donald Oswald, Commissioner
                                         Delisa Weeks, County Clerk                                                                                                                                                        

Tina Adamson, County Administrator

16 Action Mar 18-01: Addition to Policy Handbook. Scott moved and Oswald seconded to accept the addition to the conduct portion of the Personnel Policy Handbook. All Commissioners voted Affirmative.

16 Action Mar 18-02: Proposal for the historical survey. Oswald moved and McLoud                seconded the motion to accept the bid from Cultural Resources to complete the Historical Survey on the Rialto Motel in the amount of $1,500.00. All Commissioners voted Affirmative.

Scott moved and McLoud seconded to adjourn the meeting at 1:50 p.m. All Commissioners voted Affirmative.
