Important dates to remember

  • Tuesday July 23 Registration
  • 5:30-6:30 pm Elem/MS

  • Wednesday August 7 Kiowa County School District RE-1 will begin school Kindergarten – 12 grades.

The following items will need to be sent with your student on the first day of school:

Preschool * Mrs. Tina Kraft

  • 1 Box Colored Pencils
  • 1 Box Gallon Sized Baggies
  • 1 Reusable Water Bottle (Please label with your child's name!)

KINDERGARTEN * Mrs. Gay Uhland

  • 1 reusable water bottle
  • 8 oz. size Elmer’s white school glue
  • 8 LARGE glue sticks (White or Clear Glue Stick Preferred)
  • Regular size crayons – 12 or 24 count
  • Box of 8 markers
  • 1 LARGE box of facial tissue – 200 count
  • 6 - #2 pencils with erasers
  • Good pair of metal blade scissors (Fiskars is an excellent brand!)
  • PLASTIC cigar type school box
  • Last name starts w/ A-E: Snack Size Baggies
  • Last name starts w/ F – M: Quart Size Baggies
  • Last name starts w/ N – Z: Large container of Clorox wipes
  • Bath or beach towel – something easy for them to handle

All students attending Eads Elementary should have a pair of tennis, running, or rubber-soled flat shoes for their Physical Education class. These shoes will be left in the Elementary Gym locker rooms so each student will have them daily for class.  Students may wear shorts under a pair of long pants, then remove the pants during their P.E. class. Girls MUST wear shorts under their dresses.
