• Corporal Murdock and Deputy Negley were called out on a follow up motorist assist from earlier in the day. Upon arrival, two occupants were sitting in the truck wrapped in blankets. Negley took occupants to Cobblestone in Eads and a private tow was going to be set up for 1/3/2022.  Per Colorado State Patrol Deputies red tagged the pickup for 48 hours.

• Corporal Murdock was made aware of a warrant for Justin Loken out of Washington State and arrested him.  Before transportation, Murdock searched Loken and found 1.14 grams of presumptive positive methamphetamine and a driver's license that did not belong to him. Murdock wrote a Summons for 18-18-403.5(2) (a) Unlawful possession of Controlled Substance for the presumed positive methamphetamine, as well as 18-5-903.5 Criminal Possession of an ID Document.
