Kiowa County's Newman Shines at Coaches' All-State Game

Eads' Brittanie Newman (5) keeps the dribble low and away from Mosca-based Sangre de Cristo's Jenna McKinley (50) as she drives the lane Sunday, March 20, during the 2016 Colorado Coaches of Girls' Sports All-State [Class 1A] Game played at Arvada West High School.  Newman netted two points in helping the 1A-Red side defeat the 1A-Blue, 68 to 61.
