988 Crisis Line Board of Directors
The 988 Crisis Hotline Enterprise Board of Directors works with the Colorado Public Utilities
Commission to set rates for a 988 surcharge for service users annually. The Enterprise also funds a nonprofit to provide intervention services and crisis care.

Air Quality Enterprise Board
The Air Quality Enterprise collects fees from stationary sources to support a variety of services that inform fee payer operations and facilitates dialogue between fee payers and the community. The enterprise, through the department and contractors, conducts science-based, unbiased air quality modeling, monitoring, assessment, data analysis, and research, and provides emission mitigation services when sought by fee payers.

Scenic and Historic Byways Commission
The Commission works with state agencies, the US Forest Services, Bureau of Land Management, local byways organizations, public and private resources, to assist in the development of byways management plans, including interpretation, promotion and protection of distinctive byways characteristics. The Commission also helps to coordinate the budgeting process and allocation of federal, state, and private funds for the purpose of byway improvement.

Scientific and Cultural Facilities District Board of Directors
The Scientific and Cultural Facilities District Board of Directors distributes funds from a .1% sales and use tax to cultural facilities throughout the seven county Denver metropolitan area. The funds support cultural facilities whose primary purpose is to enlighten and entertain the public through the production, presentation, exhibition, advancement and preservation of art, music, theater, dance, zoology, botany, natural history and cultural history.

Stroke Advisory Board
The Stroke Advisory Board evaluates potential strategies for stroke prevention and treatment, and develops statewide needs assessments identifying relevant resources to improve quality of care for stroke patients. Each January 1, the Board submits a report specifying its findings and recommendations to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the corresponding committees in the State House and State Senate.

The Title Insurance Commission is an advisory body to the Commissioner of Insurance concerning matters of title insurance. The Commission’s duties include proposing, advising and recommending rules subject to approval by the Commissioner for the implementation and administration of the business of title insurance.
