NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Lamar, Colorado, will conduct a public hearing on September 9, 2026 at 6 PM, at the Lamar Senior Center, 407 E. Olive Street, Lamar, Colorado, to consider an Ordinance that will make updates to Chapter 22 – Subdivisions of the Lamar Municipal Code.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the office of the City Clerk; Linda Williams, linda.williams@ci.lamar.co.us, 102 E. Parmenter St, Lamar, Colorado by 4:00 PM on September 8, 2026.
