OLD BUSINESS

Airport-. Fred is going to talk to Roger about going to talk to the county about selling his piece of ground he leases from the town.

NEW BUSINESS

Betsy Barnett- gave updates on the town building that will be the future library. Pay app #2 has been completed. All the doors have been cut out and the basements are now one big area, there will be a door that connects the theater and the library together. Brick cleaning is about to start. Cindy McLoud applied for another supplemental grant of $150,000, matching is $75,000 and CLCEC and the library will be responsible for this and all cost. They hired a company that is helping with the tax credit and they will be paid 15% of the credits.

New pool- Beth Bell spoke that she and Chad Bell, Megan Herran, and Betsy Barnett would like to take over and start getting the new pool going. They talked about trying to find a new contractor; Beth works with a lot of contractors and feels she can get things going. They talked about doing the pool in phases. She feels we need to push forward with the money we have and go as far as we can. Then work on getting more money and help. Chad would like the digital copy of the pool design emailed to him.

Bring up Items- Tuck brought the fences up again and feels that 5ft is too much for a setback on fences, he feels that 36 inches would be more than enough for fences to be set back. This will be discussed later when Trent is here.
