The Special Meeting of the Town of Eads Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Shields, Tuesday March 20, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. in the City Hall. Robin Fox, Town Clerk, took roll call:

Mayor – Joe D. Shields- present

Trustees – Present – Justin McLoud, Kathy McCracken, Terry Riley, Dennis Pearson, and Priscilla Waggoner

Absent – Lisa Trigilio

Town Clerk- Robin Fox –Present

Assistant Clerk- Shealynn McCracken-Present                

Director of Public Works- Van Brown- Absent

Fire District IGA- The board looked over the IGA and inventory list presented. The board requested the inventory list to be typed on a spread sheet. The District Fire Chief brought the inventory on a typed spreadsheet. Priscilla Waggoner moved to approve the IGA with the inventory changes, Dennis Pearson seconded, motion passed unanimously. Priscilla Waggoner moved to approve the bill of sale, Kathy McCracken seconded, and motion passed unanimously. Terry Riley abstained. 

Adjourn- The meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
