Town of Eads, Colorado - Ordinance #405

Whereas on the appointed date of the Eads Town Council Meeting  the mayor of said town is afforded voting privileges in the following situations:

1. The Mayor of Eads can vote in the event of a tie among the voting members of the Town Council.

Whereas, theTown Council of Eads, Colorado places this ordinance into effect on this 10^thday of April 2018.
