  • Mon Feb 24 @ 7:30pm Cobblestone Inn & Suites Eads CO join Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, his Director of Opioid Response Heidi Williams, Director of Community Engagement Matt Baca, and other members of the Department of Law to discuss opportunities and challenges for Southeast Colorado, and any questions guests may have for state’s top legal officer

  • CKLECC will be offering Home Child Care Pre-Licensing Training in Cheyenne Wells on Fri, Feb 28 through Sat, Feb 29 at the Cheyenne County Public Health 8am-4:30pm.   • Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site Winter Hours. The park is open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Entrance to the Sand Creek Massacre NHS is free. 
  • Kiowa County Public Library has a year-round book sale! Sale shelves includes a variety of books from great authors to informative reference books!  Normal cost between 25¢ (kid's books) and $1.00.   We also have inexpensive music CD's, some DVD movies and free magazines.  Watch for our periodic sales
