The Regular Meeting of the Town of Eads Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Shields, Monday July 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Board member, Kathy McCracken, took roll call:

Mayor – Joe D. Shields- present

Trustees – Present –Kathy McCracken, Terry Riley, Dennis Pearson, and Lisa Trigilio

Absent – Meghan Buck and Justin McLoud

Town Clerk- Robin Fox –Absent

Assistant Clerk- Shealynn McCracken-Absent

Director of Public Works- Van Brown- Present

Foreman- Jesse Deines- Present

Deputies- Quinten Stump and Josh Swanson- Present

Audiences/Public Comment Period- Roland Sorenson, Jason Lenox, Gavin Lyon, Shelly Myers, Keith Crow, Kelly Hebbard, Gloria and Keith Barlow, and Delisa Weeks. 

Special Truck Meeting- The board and local truck drivers discussed the concerns about the trucks damaging the streets where they are being parked. The board informed the local truck drivers that they have no intention to not allow trucks to drive or park on the streets. There was open discussion to figure out a solution for the damage that is happening. All local truck drivers gave their opinions as well as some advice as to what they believe would help with the issue.
