Guests at the Weisbrod Hospital Auxiliary meeting March13th were Teri Castle, Kelly Darnell, and Ginger McPherson at the J J’s Ranch House for their business and lunch meeting. 

Madonna Pollreis chaired the meeting.  The Treasurer was given $10.00 for inactive dues which will be helpful for our spring expenditures. 

Teri Castle reported that there is a need for volunteers to help with the Health Fair March 24 and 25^th.

She also said that she has used most of the “birthday party supplies” that we ordered last year.

Opal Miner and Barb Diel moved to have more supplies ordered.  Teri gave the ladies a list of birthdays of residents and an attractive calendar for the month. 

The ladies also approved having $100.00 given to Teri to have when she goes to buy the flower plants.  Kelley Darnell told about some of the crafts they are doing with the residents this spring.  Ginger McPherson of the Weisbrod Dietary met with the Auxiliary to ask us to consider helping pay for a five tier metal shelf for supplies in the refrigerator room.   The ladies approved $250.00 at this time until we can consult with the Treasurer and members at the next meeting which will be Monday April 10^th at 11:00 a.m. at the Ranch House.  

 Potential members or visitors are welcome to these monthly meetings.
