Notice – Town of Eads Rate Increases
February 1, 2023, there will be a 4% increase on bills and fees in the Town of Eads.
On November 8, 2022, the Eads Board of Trustees voted a rate increase (Ordinance 413).
This rate increase includes
- Water Rates – meter
- Sewer Rates
- Sanitation Rates – Includes in-town and outside city limits
- Late Fees
- Turn-on Fees
- Water Tap Fees
