Q&A: Can a Small-Town Food Co-op Survive?
Cathy Stanton is a former romance novelist, arts administrator, and ethnographer. Today, she lives in Orange, Massachusetts where she helps run her local food cooperative, Quabbin Harvest Food Market. She also commutes to Tufts University where she teaches courses in Anthropology and Environmental Studies.
