This winter, the Colorado AgriAbility Project is offering a series of free, informational workshops across the state to support agricultural communities and connect people with valuable resources related to farm and ranch safety, aging in agriculture, and how to get the most out of your mental engine with stress management techniques. All are welcome to attend the workshops, but those who will find the workshops most valuable are:

• Farm and ranch operators and their families
• Farm employees and farm support services workers
• Professionals who serve and work with agricultural communities
• Health Professionals
• Health Professionals

A workshop will be held in Rocky Ford February 1. The workshop topic this year is regarding “Aging in Agriculture.”
