April 19, the high school track team competed in Rye. The junior high competed at a track meet in Burlington.

April 20, the Plainview Booster Club hosted its craft fair, with vendors from the area as wells as vendors from Wiley, Eads, Lamar, and Tribune, Kansas. The fair ran from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch and concessions were served.

April 22, a representative from Colby Community College spoke to the high school students.

April 23, the pre-school students attended The Teddy Bear Clinic in Cheyenne Wells.

April 24, grades 2-4 attended Farm Safety Day in Cheyenne Wells.

In P.E., besides training for track, the junior high played soccer.
