The Colorado Conservation Tillage Association will offer certified crop adviser credits for 28 different sessions at the High Plains No-Till Conference February 1-2 in Burlington. Limited education credits for licensed qualified supervisors, certified operators, and private applicators will also be available.

Geared toward supporting producers in the High Plains region, this year’s event will take place at the Burlington Community and Education Center. The crop adviser credits approved include 10 in Nutrient Management, two in Soil and Water Management, one in Integrated Pest Management, nine in Crop Management, and six in Professional Development.

“A lot of focus in 2022 will be on strategies producers can use to reduce input costs and improve profitability,” said Joni Mitchek, coordinator for the CCTA. “There will also be several sessions geared toward understanding soil biology and farm business management.” 

Zach Wright, Jay Fuhrer, and Dallas Mount will serve as keynotes for the two-day event, with breakout sessions also offered to feature producers and ag industry professionals in the High Plains region.

An early registration discount is available until Jan. 15, and walk-ins are welcome for the event. The registration fee, $130 for early and $180 for walk-ins, includes lunches, snacks, and access to all sessions and the trade show for both days.
