New Business:

Fritz Caspar with Carrothers for the pool gave a presentation on different designs for the pool, and talked about how they build the pools. Joe Shields asked if we would be able to have people help with work to cut the price, Fritz said there are things we can do, certain things have to be done to codes and they will have to do those items. Joe would like to set up a public meeting to give everyone the chance to ask questions and look at the designs. We will try to set up a meeting for November 30, 2021 at the Cobblestone meeting room.

Cindy McLoud talked about looking at grants for different items; she will have to know what the money will be used for and bring it back to the board. She also said she had been in contact with CDOT about trying to get the speed limit slowed down on HWY 287.

Brent Frazee with SCEDD gave updates on the housing project. He asked if the Town would be able to wave the tap fees the board decided not to do that; but Van Brown let them know that the properties they were looking at already had water and sewer lines. Brent said they do have one house that is available at this time if we knew anyone looking to buy a home.
