Chamber members John and Deby Courkamp, Jan Richards, and Dennis Pearson welcome Russ Watson and his family enterprise, “Watson’s Smokin’ BBQ” to town and presented him with Eads Bucks and a year’s free membership to the Chamber.

Watson, his wife, Bylie Jo, and children are parked at the Eads Roadside Park each Sunday at 11:00 am. to 2:00 pm. They serve carry-out containers of their tasty foods and drinks.   Russ usually has three or more meat entrées, baked beans, green beans, corn, roasted potatoes, hamburgers and cheeseburgers.  People praise their ribs, brisket, steaks, pork, chicken and other foods.
