Healthy Child Clinic Coming to Fort Morgan

The Northeast Colorado Health Department is holding a healthy child clinic October 27 for children aged six months to five years..

Free screenings include vision, hearing, developmental, height, weight, social/emotional, speech and dental. Immunizations will also be available, but may have a cost associated.

The clinic will be held October 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Salud Family Health Center, located in the basement at 729 East Railroad Avenue in Fort Morgan. Anyone is welcome to participate, and appointments can be made by calling 970-867-4918.

In addition to NCHD, Centennial Board of Cooperative Education Services, RE-3 School District, Early Intervention Colorado, Centennial Mental Health Center, Salud Dental and Baby Bear Hugs will be participating in the clinic.
