RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS

BOARD MEETING December 22, 2023

The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in special session on December 22, 2023, at 9:14 am at the KCHD Meeting Room.

District Board members present were:  Pam Cole, Mary Eikner and Doug Uhland. 

Others present:  Beth Bell and Shannon Dixon.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Pam Cole, Secretary of the Board at 9:14 am. 

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

The supplemental budget was reviewed by the Board.  A motion was made by Mary Eikner to approve the Resolution for Supplemental Budget and Appropriation.  Motion seconded by Doug Uhland.  All aye.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 am.
