Kiowa County Sheriff’s Office arrest and summons report – October 2019

Thursday, October 1, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 78 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Alvaro Bernal was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off highway vehicle when license Revoked and 42-4-1101(1) speeding 78 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lopez Bernal was held on a $2,500 bond.

Friday, October 4, 2019, Deputies contacted Harley Baker. Baker was arrested for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off highway vehicle when license Revoked- Habitual Traffic Offender , and 18-18-403.5 Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance. Baker is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Tuesday, October 8, 2019, Deputies contacted Raelynn Zissoff. Zissoff was issued a summons for Violation of Colorado Revised Statute 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off highway vehicle when license suspended.

 

Thursday, October 10, 2019, Deputies contacted Marisol Noriega. Noriega was issued a summons for violating Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-107(1) Disobeying a lawful order for traffic control.

 

Friday, October 11, 2019, Deputies contacted Charley Dake. Deputies confirmed Dake had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. Dake was transported to the Bent County Jail and was held on a $2,500 cash only bond.

Friday, October 11, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 100 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies issued the driver, Hooshang Ferdows, a summons in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1).

 

Wednesday, October 14, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for a cracked windshield in the line of sight of the driver. Deputies summoned and released Robert Roglin to a sober party for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1301(1)(b) Drove Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol or drugs or both and 42-4-201(4) Driver vision obstructed.

 

Thursday, October 15, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 81 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone.  Deputies arrested Lance Bryant and transported him the the Bent County Jail for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off highway vehicle when license Revoked, 42-2-206(1)(a)(i) Drove a motor vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, and 42-4-1101(1) speeding 81 mph in a 65 mph zone. Bryant was held on a $10,000 bond.

Wednesday, October 15, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 75 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Deputies arrested Giavanna Scarafiotti and transported her to Bent County Jail for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1301(1)(b) Drove Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol or drugs or both, 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 75 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Scarafiotti was held on a $1,000 bond.

Thursday, October 17, 2019, Deputies contacted Todd Larrew. Deputies confirmed Larrew had a warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. Larrew was transported to the Bent county Jail and was being held on a $1,000 bond.

Sunday, October 20, 2019, Deputies contacted Craig Jass. Jass was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statute 18-6-803.5 Violation of a Restraining order. Jass was taken to the Bent County Jail and was being held on a $1,000 bond.

Tuesday, October 22, 2019,  Deputies contacted Tyler Harris. Harris was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-18-403.5 (1) Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 18-18-428(1) Possession of drug paraphernalia. Harris was being held at the Bent County Jail on a $4,000 bond.

 

Tuesday, October 22, 2019, Deputies contacted a vehicle for traveling 94 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. Solomon Wolday was taken into custody for a warrant out of Prower’s County and booked into the Bent County Jail. Wolday was held on the $500 warrant.

 

Wednesday, October 23, 2019, Deputies contacted Brandon Kaufmanfelker. Kaufmanfelker was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statute 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off highway vehicle when license Revoked. Kaufmannfelker was held on a $2,500 bond.

Wednesday, October 23, 2019, Deputies conducted an arrest warrant for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 18-8-212(1) Violation of Bail Bond Conditions. Deputies served the arrest warrant on Troy Smith by taking him into custody and transporting him to the Bent County Jail. Smith was held with no bond.

Wednesday, October 30, 2019, Deputies contacted Jonathon Figueroa. Figueroa was taken into custody for Violation of Colorado Revised Statues 42-4-1301(1)(b) Drove Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol or drugs or both, 42-4-201(4) Driver vision obstructed, 42-3-121(1)(a) Failed to display valid registration, 42-4-1409(3) Failed to present evidence of insurance upon request. Figueroa was held on a $1,000 bond.

Thursday, October 31, 2019, Deputies tried to contact a vehicle for traveling 121 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. The vehicle lead deputies on a pursuit and finally stopped in the Town of Lamar. The driver Joshua Wood was taken into custody and booked into the Prowers County Jail for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 42-4-1101(1) Speeding 121 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone, 42-2-138(1)(a) Drove motor/off highway vehicle when license suspended, 18-9-116.5(1) Felony Eluding, 42-4-1401(1) reckless driving, 42-4-1007(1) failed to drive in single lane, 18-4-502(1) First Degree Criminal Trespass (MOTOR VEHICLE), and 42-4-710(3) Drove up on sidewalk. Wood also had a warrant from Colorado Department of Corrections for escape. Wood was being held on no bond.

Thursday, October 31, 2019, Deputies tried to contact a vehicle for traveling 121 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. The vehicle lead deputies on a pursuit and finally stopped in the Town of Lamar. The passenger Amber Wildenstein was taken into custody and booked into the Prower’s County Jail for Violation of Colorado Revised Statutes 18-8-105(1) Accessory to a crime, 18-18-403.5 (1) Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and 18-18-428(1) Possession of drug paraphernalia. Wildenstein had three warrants out for her arrest all for drugs. Wildenstein was held on a no bond.
