| Saturday, March 17, 2018, Deputies contacted a vehicle for speeding 80 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone on US Highway 287 North of Eads. Upon further investigation, deputies discover the driver, Rodolfo Cesena Jr, had a revoked driver’s license as an Habitual Traffic Offender. Deputies took Rodolfo into custody and transported him to the Prowers County Jail. Rodolfo was issued a summons for speeding 80 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-1101(1) and drove vehicle when license revoked as a habitual traffic offender in violation of Colorado Revised Statute 42-2-206(1)(a). |
