You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 13th day of November, A.D. 2013, the then County Treasurer of the County of Kiowa, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to Lowell L. Johnston & Joyce C. Johnston the following described property situate in the County of Kiowa, State of Colorado, to-wit:

As to 1/3 Interest:

The South East Quarter (SE4) of Section Thirty-One (31), in Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Fifty-four (54) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;

Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8) of Section Five (5), in Township Eighteen and one-half (18 ½) South, Range Fifty-four (54) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;

Lots One (1), Two (2), Seven (7) and Eight (8) of Section Six (6), in Township Eighteen and one-half (18 ½) South, Range Fifty-four (54) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;

and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefor to Lowell L. Johnston & Joyce C. Johnston.

That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said real estate for the year 2012;

That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the name of Richard B. Baker for Said year 2012;

That said Lowell L. Johnston & Joyce C. Johnston on the 15th day of August 2016, the present holder of said certificate, (who) has made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said real estate;

That a Treasurer’s Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said Lowell L. Johnston & Joyce C. Johnston, 17119 CR 6 Arlington, CO 81021-9705 at 10:00 o’clock A.M., on the 30^th day of December. A.D. 2016, unless the same has been redeemed.

Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer’s Deed
