The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a hit and run crash that occurred Saturday night in Huerfano County.

According to CSP, notification came at 10:28 p.m. that a 13-year-old boy had been hit on Highway 69 in Garner. The vehicle left the scene, and there is no description available.

The boy, who has not been identified, has serious injuries and was flown to a hospital in Colorado Springs for treatment.
