Atlas Tower 1, LLC proposes the construction of a 300 ft. Self Supporting communications tower (304 ft with appeturances) located at the intersection of County Road 33 and County Road N, Eads, CO 81036, at latitude 38° 26' 23.27” N (NAD83) and longitude -102° 55' 02.73 W (NAD83).
The proposed tower will not require lighting for FAA aviation safety.

Gary Leon Bohrer, 83, of Ramah, passed away July 15, 2023 at home. Gary was born March 14, 1940, at Las Animas to Raymond and Lena Bohrer.
He joined the National Guard at an early age and served three years. After his service, he moved to Simla, where he became a welder for Nichols Tillage Tools until the company moved. He worked evenings and weekends at the Smithfield Angus Ranch. Gary was a Certified Ferrier.
