The Regular meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order on November 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Donald Oswald. Commissioner Oswald opened the meeting with prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes: Robertson moved, and Lening seconded the motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried.

ORDINANCE NO. 413

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER, SANITATION, AND SEWER IN THE TOWN OF EADS, COLORADO, REPEALING ALL INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF EADS, STATE OF COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.  WATER RATES.  Effective January 1, 2023, the water rates shall be established as follows:
