The Republican River Water Conservation District (RRWCD) is seeking Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from professional engineering firms for services to include, but not necessarily limited to, planning, design, review, and inspection of an expansion to the Compact Compliance Pipeline owned and operated by the RRWCD.
