NOTICE of hearing AS TO Supplemental Appropriation

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held on December 19, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Weisbrod Health Meeting Room 1 in Eads, Colorado to consider a Resolution for Supplemental Appropriation for the Kiowa County Hospital District for the year 2024. Additional revenues and unappropriated funds have allowed for additional unforeseen operating expenses of $765,000 and capital outlay of $385,000.

A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE TOWN OF CHEYENNE WELLS, COLORADO, FOR THE 2025 BUDGET YEAR.

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on December and;

RESOLUTION TO ADOPT BUDGET 

A RESOLUTION SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF CHEYENNE WELLS, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 2025, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 2025.

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Cheyenne Wells has appointed Deborah G Knudsen, Town Clerk, to prepare and submit a proposed balanced budget to said governing body at the proper time, and;
