July 9, the Southeast Colorado Can Chasers (SECCC) hosted barrel racing at the Kiowa County Fairgrounds inEads.
SECCC, a nonprofit group, has been producing barrel races in southeast Colorado for many years. Tori Hawks fromWiley started SECCC, and LeAnn Ridley oversees the running of the operation.
