• At the Eads Board of Trustee meeting December 11, 2007, approved $154 only write-off for the year.

• The Eads Chamber of Commerce to discuss the proposed hog farm which may be located between Brandon and Sheridan Lake.
• Wild Horse Roundup- Curtis Schrimp: As you might suspect, I’m a Bronco fan, so things might get a little wild around here. I just hope the Broncos send the Packers packing.
• Nursing Home News- Nellie Nickert: If you’re in the vicinity of the rest home, you would see the lights go on at 5:00 a.m. That’s when the activity of the day starts.

• Plainview students will join over 200 students from Colorado schools in the annual Jump Rope for Heart event sponsored by Colorado Alliance for Health, Physical Education.
• Sheridan Lake Ripples- Elsie E. White: You read about and heard songs depicting a beautiful winter wonderland. Well we had the real thing on Colorado’s eastern plains.
