Michael "Mick" Eugene Fields

December 20, 1945 - February 22, 202

What started out as a beautiful day spent with his wife and friends in Casa Grande, Arizona, ended here on earth as Mick Fields entered Heaven and into the glorious presence of our Lord.  Mick suffered a massive heart attack and suddenly and peacefully left this earth February 22, 2022.

Helen E. Smith

December 8, 1943 – February 27, 2022

Helen E. Smith, known to her friends as Teena Smith, passed away at her home February 27, 2022, at the age of 78.

Teena was born in Cheyenne Wells December 8, 1943, to Edward and Helen Schneider.  Teena grew up in Kit Carson and was the youngest of the family having, four older sisters.  She graduated from Kit Carson and went to beauty school.

I usually drink one or two diet sodas a day. A coworker insists that diet sodas cause weight gain instead of weight loss. Is this true?
