The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed a lawsuit on Monday that sought to overturn the state’s Taxpayer's Bill of Rights.

The Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics released new economic data Tuesday showing that the producer price index, a key indicator of inflation, has risen 9.6% in the last 12 months, a major increase that has economists worried.

Prices in Colorado's largest metro area are up 6.4% so far this year, according to an analysis of Consumer Price Index data.
