A RESOLUTION CONCERNING VACCINE MANDATES

WHEREAS, the elected office holders in Kiowa County, Colorado swear an oath to uphold the US and State Constitutions; and

WHEREAS, there is no Constitutional authority to restrict individual unalienable rights; and 

WHEREAS, Kiowa County respects the unalienable right of citizens to make their own choices concerning their healthcare, bodies, and well- being; and 

While "Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" continues to be number one at the box office, there's a new entry in second place: "Dear Evan Hansen."

Due to the FFA National Convention, we have had to make some changes and move things around to accommodate our athletes.

We will cancel the October 26 game with Granada and cancel the October 29 Tri with ECA and Hi-Plains

We will be adding a Tri at Eads October 19 (all matches will be best 2 of 3).

The regular meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order on September 14, 2021; at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Donald Oswald. Oswald opened the meeting with prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.
