With the end of Kiowa County fair, I want to let everyone how proud I am of the youth of our county. I hope that we all realize how hard these kids work on all their projects. They have spent all summer making, feeding, and growing these projects and a work ethic that we all should strive for. 

Kiowa county sent 39 outstanding projects to State Fair and did very well. 

California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a package of new climate initiatives into law  Friday, touting them as aggressive moves to address pollution and accelerate a clean energy transition in the Golden State.

The number of nonfarm jobs in Utah jumped 3.4 percent in August when compared to last year.
