We are pleased to release our reopening plan for the Granada School District RE-1, which will allow us to return to in-person learning. The reopening plan is located on the school website at www.granadaschools.org. This plan has been approved by the Prowers County Department of Public Health and Environment and the Granada RE-1 School Board.
As we anticipate a return to school in August, please review the following plan and procedures to ensure that all students, staff, and visitors are kept safe while in the school, at school events, or while riding the bus to school.

As everyone knows many events and activities have looked different in these strange times of dealing with Coivd-19. Kiowa county was fortune enough to have interview judging for exhibit day. I was extremely glad that we could at least do this, as I think it is one of the most important parts of project completion.
This process helps members to be more confident with judging and answering questions that concern a project that they have made themselves.
We are writing this letter to inform our Preschool parents of our current enrollment situation for the upcoming 3-4-year-old Preschool program.
Due to the policies and procedures of the Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) we will not be able to offer 3-4-year-old preschool this year due to the influx of enrollment in our 4-5-year-old program.
We would like to thank those of you who took time out of your schedule to come to registration and pick up your packets. Your time and effort were greatly appreciated.
