A Colorado citizen initiative to amend two words in the state's constituion will appear on the 2020 ballot.
A new initiative made up of public, private and nonprofit groups has chosen part of Southwest Colorado as a project area to increase forest restoration and recreation.
Look for a round of snow for Kiowa County from Saturday night through Sunday night with some accumulation expected.
It will be colder Monday and Tuesday, with temperatures dropping into the single digits Monday night, and the teens Tuesday night.
Better weather returns for Wednesday through Friday with partly sunny skies and temperatures rebounding into the 40s.

A time to remember and celebrate the life of Paul Hunter Roth will be held Saturday, December 21, 2019, at the old Cheyenne Wells High School beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Hunter passed away as the result of a tragic automobile accident.
The holidays can be a time of joy for some. For others, the holidays trigger depression, anxiety and stress.
