Richard Baxter was born September 11, 1934, in Hereford, Texas, to Louis and Imogene Baxter. Richard passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at the Southeast Colorado Hospital in Springfield at the age of 85.

The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
