March 6-7: Wednesday and Thursday finished up our celebration of Dr. Seuss. “Wacky Wednesday” meant that the students and staff had fun with their attire for the day. Pre-school kiddos wore pj’s that day. 

Also Wednesday, the high school and middle school students read to the elementary; some of the elementary students also read Dr. Seuss stories to their classmates. To finish out Dr. Seuss week, the middle school, high school, and staff wore pj’s.

The junior high knowledge team’s meet at Burlington was cancelled. This group had a great year: a second at Holly, a first at Vilas, and a third at Manzanola.

Mr. Mills’ history classes will begin their stock market unit - more to follow on this in later columns.

Plainview School was on spring vacation from March 8 through March 17.
