RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS

BOARD MEETING-December 16, 2021

The Kiowa County Hospital District and County Board met in special session on December 16, 2021, at 9:05 am at the Kiowa County Courthouse Meeting Room.

District Board members present were: Craig Kerfoot, Mary Eikner, Claire Prince, and Ken Flory.

Absent - Kevin Davis.

County Board members present were: Karl Eikenberg. Absent - Pam Cole.

Others present: Tina Adamson, Don Steerman, Shannon Dixon, Mike Lening, Butch Roberson, Donald Oswald, and Rene Larkin.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Craig Kerfoot, Chairman of the Board at 9:05 am.

COUNTY VOTING MEMBER SELECTION

Karl Eikenberg.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

A motion was made by Craig Kerfoot to go into executive session for purposes of conferring with the District's attorney regarding legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to and as permitted by CRS 24-6-402(4)(b). Ken Flory seconded the motion. All aye.

Executive session convened at 9:08 am and was returned to regular session at 10:53 am.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 10:53 am.

The meeting was adjourned at 11 :50 am.
