RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS

BOARD MEETING June 23, 2022

The Kiowa County Hospital District Board met in special session on June 23, 2022, at 1 :00 pm at the Cobblestone Inn Meeting Room. 

District Board members present were: Mary Eikner, Pam Cole, Karl Eikenberg, Doug Uhland, and Matt Prince. 

Others present: Rachel Bletzacker, Renay Crain, Jeanette Filpi, Claire Prince, Raina Lucero, Shannon Dixon, and Beth Spady. 

CALL TO ORDER 

The meeting was called to order by Matt Prince, Chairman of the Board at 1 :00 pm. 

APPROVAL OF AGENDA 

Motion to approve the agenda as presented was made by Pam Cole. Mary Eikner seconded the motion. All aye. 

PUBLIC COMMENT 

There was no public comment. 

EXECUTIVE SESSION 

A motion was made by Mary Eikner to go into executive session for the purpose of personnel matters regarding the CEO position pursuant to and as permitted by CRS 24-6-402(4)(±). Doug Uhland seconded the motion. All aye.

Executive session convened at 1 :02 pm and was returned to regular session at 3 :56 pm.

There was no public comment. 

ADJOURNMENT 

Mary Eikner made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Pam Cole seconded the motion. All aye. Meeting adjourned at 3:57 pm.
