A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIO US FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE KJOWA COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR THE 2020 BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Kiowa County, Colorado has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on November 26, 2019, and;

RESOLUTION TO SET MILL LEVIES
A RESOLUTION LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2019, TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE KIOWA COUNTY, COLORADO FOR THE 2020 BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the County has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on November 26, 2019 and;
WHEREAS, the amount of money necessary to balance the budget for general operating purposes from property tax revenue is $1,863,682 and;

WHEREAS, Kiowa County, Colorado has appointed Tina Adamson, to prepare and submit a proposed budget to said Board of County Commissioners of Kiowa County, Colorado at the proper time; and
