While scams can take various forms, there are often “red flags” that are common to many scams. Recognizing red flags will help you avoid scams. The Regular Meeting of the Kiowa County Commissioners was called to order on December 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Richard Scott. Oswald opened the meeting with a prayer and Pledge of Allegiance. Those in attendance:
