Fullbridge, a professional development and education company that prepares young professionals to succeed in the global economy, is announcing a partnership with Lamar Community College. Lamar Community College will organize one pre-business program in conjunction with Fullbridge offered to students from November 4th to December 16th.

R. B. Philbert Smith was born December 21, 1930 to Philbert and Martha (Taylor) Smith at Hale, CO and died September 28, 2016 at the nursing home in Julesburg.
He was the youngest of 4 children. He grew up in the Hale area and attended Happy Hollow School through the 6th grade and later completed his GED.
